Ashtanga Yoga

This class provides an introduction to basic yoga posture and technique. It emphasizes increased flexibility, balance and attention to alignment. Ideal for those who are new to yoga, have physical limitations or simply desire a slower paced practice. Each class ends with deep relaxation to further reduce tension and relieve stress.


Hatha Yoga

During this popular slow flow class we break down each posture, in order to be mindful of alignment and correct form. Focusing on Pranayama (breathwork), body alignment, and stretching safely, we will cultivate inner presence by connecting movement with breath. It will also build strength, balance, and flexibility.


Iyengar Yoga

An invigorating, powerful and energetic form of yoga where participants move or “flow” from pose to pose while connecting their breath to movement.  It builds strength, endurance and promotes weight loss for a lean, toned and fit body. Class is taught at an intermediate level.


Iyengar Yoga

This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all muscle groups, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Very beneficial to those practicing other physical activities and need a deeper stretch to improve performance and reduce muscle soreness, as well as those new to yoga.


Couple Meditating

 Meditation can give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that benefits both your emotional well-being and your overall health. At the beginning of class you will be guided through a deep relaxation. The teacher will then introduce a different meditation technique such as mantra, visualization, mindfulness and breathwork, 


Yoga Stretch

A strong practice rooted in Hatha tradition that focuses on proper alignment and holding poses while learning how to use the breath as a tool for endurance. All poses are practiced starting with the root or base of the pose and then adjustments, modifications and challenges are added thereafter. An intermediate to advanced clas



Restore and chill...this class gives you a true opportunity to rest, recharge and renew by holding passive yoga poses for an extended period of time with the assistance of props to completely support the body. Great for anyone who wants to improve range of motion, flexibility or is recovering from certain injuries.

This flow centers around control and precision, with a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.



Get  your Yin and your Yang, too! On a beginner level (Fridays), the first 30 minutes will be a gentle flow, on an intermediate and advanced levels (Tuesdays), we will practice more challenging poses such as crow, headstand and handstand. Classes will end with 30 minutes of relaxing gentle and restorative poses
